“I met Dr. Frank at a substance abuse facility where I was miserable. I hated my life and I hated everyone. I was lost and I felt like my parents were never there all my life. Life just sucked and I remember being so angry all the time. They gave me Dr. Frank I think because no else could handel me. She made me feel comfortable and like I was worth something. I trusted her and opened up and we talked and I cried a lot but she made me laugh to. My insurance paid for me to stay a few month but during that time I learned a lot like why I deserve to live better. I’m better at my life now and doing things and like the way I think and the things I do. Dr. Frank taught me to think and not react on my emotions like to not think with my heart. I feel I have power over my life. I’m really grateful.”

“I had Dr. Frank about 5 years ago. I had her in group. She ran group like a college course. We never saw that before and it made us feel smart and respected. The information she gave us was different than the other places I’d been too. Her style was different from any other group therapists. She made us think. I’m now in my second semester of college!”

“Dr. Frank is amazing. I had a lot of trauma that I never addressed and I was hiding behind alcohol. I never told anyone about what happened to me when I was kid but I went through a really traumatic experience with my uncle. I don’t know how she did it but I found myself telling her what happened and cried like I never cried in my life and I’m a guy. That was a weight off. I don’t know how to thank her.”

SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Through the years I’ve heard uncountable stories from hundreds of clients and the one theme that has stood out the most was emotional pain; pain, that represented specific situations that were too difficult to bear and too embarrassing to discuss. Pain was the only consistent feeling they experienced.

For these client’s, nothing seemed to work, so it was time for me to utilize a different approach towards recovery than what they were accustomed to. I decided to include Substance Abuse as part of my Conceptual Coaching PSY practice because of the success that my client’s experienced with this approach.

Staying sober and preventing relapse is the major goal that we will always be working towards no matter the situation, no matter what you’ve done, no matter how bad of a place you’re in. During our sessions, you and I will conceptualize your life objectives and formulate a logical approach of how to address your goal of sobriety.

Conceptual Coaching PSY can help you to reformulate your thoughts so you can finally understand your place in this world and why you belong in it, one session at a time.

Please know that I do not offer therapy, sponsorship, medical and/or legal advice.
